On-Line Leak Sealing is a TEMPORARY measurement to stop leaks on a FAILED system, hence eliminate plant shutdown

What causes the leak?

• Excessive corrosions / erosion
• Thermal shock – expansion and contraction of piping
• Forces or movements acting on piping system – water hammer, vibrations etc.
• Uneven bolt stress – incorrect tightening procedure
• Damaged gasket seat faces
• Incorrect gasket material or size
